As your Consultant, I work with you to develop strategy, planning, administration, operations, and workforce management. Providing personal individualized contact that meets the clients’ needs is of utmost importance. Interactions may include on site support arranging one-on-one, face-to face interactions, contact by phone and email.

Through the Support Services program I can:
 ·       Plan a weekly or monthly support program based on your needs

·       Provide ongoing support for all of your HR questions and needs.

This means you can utilize me at any time to gain the guidance and understanding necessary to resolve any Human Resources problem or question that comes your way. The goal is not to replace your current staff, but to provide “just-in-time” resources necessary to address your HR needs.
